THE VEH AND ENTERED THE WEST DITCH NEAR DRIVEWAY FOR ADDRESS OF 16015 HWY
99 STRIKING A CULVERT AND LAUNCHING THE VEH INTO THE AIR VEH ROLLED SEVERAL
TIMES AND CAME TO REST ON IT'S TOP DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEH AND
