    ON WEDNESDAY, 10/23/2024 AT APPROXIMATELY 1128 HOURS, A RED PETERBILT DUMP
TRUCK WAS LOADED WITH GRAVEL AND DRIVING WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 85 IN THE
1600 BLOCK THE DUMP TRUCK HAD A TIRE FAILURE, CAUSING THE DRIVER TO LOSE
CONTROL AND LEAVE THE ROADWAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE IT WENT INTO THE DITCH,
AND THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED, THE DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES DURING THE CRASH
AND SUBSEQUENT EJECTION THE DRIVER WAS THE SOLE OCCUPANT AND DECEDENT
