TRAVELING EAST BOUND THE PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION SHOWS VEHICLE 1 WAS
POSSIBLY PARTIALLY IN THE WEST BOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC THIS ACCIDENT IS
CURRENTLY STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION THE IOWA STATE PATROL WAS ASSISTED BY
