OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY WHERE IT VAULTED OVER JOE LORD MEMORIAL
DRIVE THE VEHICLE THEN OVERTURNED MULTIPLE TIMES COMING TO REST ON ITS TOP
FACING WESTBOUND BOTH OCCUPANTS WERE EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE
