THE INTERSTATE ATTEMPTED TO FLEE WHILE TROOPER WAS CONDUCTING INVENTORY OF
THE SUBJECTS VEHICLE,THE SUBJECT ENTERED THE TRAVEL PORTION OF THE
INTERSTATE AND WAS STRUCK BY A PASSING VEHICLE IN THE LEFT / INSIDE LANE,
THE SUBJECT CAME TO REST IN THE MEDIAN, WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY
