NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 14. UNIT 2 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 14. UNIT 1 CROSSED OVER THE CENTER LINE AND COLLIDED HEAD ON WITH UNIT 2. UNIT 1 CAME TO REST ON THE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF HIGHWAY 14 FACING EAST. UNIT 2 CAME TO REST IN THE MIDDLE OF HIGHWAY 14 ON IT'S PASSENGER SIDE FACING NORTHEAST.
