NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND AT MM63 & I-35 WHEN THE LEFT FRONT TIRE BLEW OUT CAUSING THE DRIVER TO STRIKE THE GUARDRAIL AND THEN THE BRIDGE (#91632) BEFORE COMING TO REST ON THE WEST SHOULDER ON THE NORTH END OF BRIDGE. AT APPROX 1901HRS STATE RADIO WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT MARTENSDALE DOT AND ADVISE OF DAMAGE TO SECTION OF GUARDRAIL PLUS WEST WALL OF BRIDGE .
