NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON I-380 NEAR THE 39 MILE MARKER. THE VEHICLE WENT OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT AND STRUCK A BRIDGE GUARDRAIL. THE DRIVER CONTINUED SOUTH BOUND WITHOUT STOPPING. THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE BLACKED OUT OR FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL. THE DRIVER DOES NOT RECALL WHAT HE HIT OR WHERE IT WAS LOCATED.
