NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS EB IN THE RIGHT LANE. VEHICLE #2 WAS EB IN THE LEFT LANE. BOTH VEHICLES ATTEMPTED TO MOVE INTO THE CENTER LANE AT THE SAME TIME WHEN THEY WERE APPROXIMATELY ABREAST OF ONE ANOTHER.
