UNIT 1 & UNIT 2 WERE BOTH ON THE RAMP FROM I-235 NORTHBOUND TO I-80 EASTBOUND. UNIT 1 SLOWED DUE TO SLOW MOVING TRAFFIC ON THE RAMP. UNIT 2 RAN INTO THE REAR OF UNIT 1.
