UNIT ONE WAS SOUTHBOUND ON THE OFF RAMP FROM I35 SOUTHBOUND. THE DRIVER OF UNIT ONE FAILED TO YIELD TO UNIT TWO WHEN ENTERING HWY 18 RESULTING IN A BROADSIDE COLLISION
