UNIT 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND AT THE 56MM. UNIT 1 STRUCK THE MIDDLE RIVER BRIDGE, ENTERED THE WEST DITCH, JACKKNIFED, AND CAME TO REST ON ITS SIDE. DRIVER WAS UNINJURED.
