NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND APPROXIMATELY AT THE 104MM. UNIT 1 LOST CONTROL ON 100% COVERED SNOW AND ICE ROADS AND STRUCK THE BRIDGE AT THE 104 WITH HIS FRONT LEFT CORNER PANEL CAUSING DISABLING DAMAGE. DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO 110MM TO KUM AND GO DO TO THE RESTRICTED TOWING.
