NARRATIVE

ON 02-01-2011 VEHICLE ONE TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 520. VEHICLE ONE LOST CONTROL ENTERED THE CENTER MEDIAN HITTING A GUARDRAIL. VEHICLE ONE CROSSED BOTH SOUTH BOUND LANES AND RESTED ON TOP OF ANOTHER GUARDRAIL. ROADS WERE PARTIALLY COVERED WITH SNOW AND ICE. EXTREME WINDS CAUSING BLOWING SNOW. NO INJURIES. VEHICLE ONE HAD MINOR DAMAGE. VEHICLE ONE CITED FOR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL.
