NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 AT THE 210.1 MILE MARKER. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE DUE TO ICY ROADWAY CONDITIONS AND HIGH WINDS. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 OVERCORRECTED, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO RUN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT, WHERE IT ENTERED THE MEDIAN, ROLLED ONCE, AND CAME TO REST UPRIGHT IN THE MEDIAN, FACING EAST.
