UNIT 1 WAS WEST BOUND ON H38. UNIT 2 WAS NORTH BOUND ON X23. DRIVER OF UNIT 1 FAILED TO YIELD AT THE STOP SIGN POSTED AT H38 AND X23. UNIT 1 HIT UNIT 2 BROADSIDE. UNITS 1 AND 2 CAME TO A REST IN THE WEST DITCH. DRIVER OF UNIT 2 WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE.
