NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 5 TRAVELING IN THE INSIDE LANE. UNIT ONE WAS ATTEMPTING TO PASS A SLOWER MOVING VEHICLE (NON-CONTACT VEH.) THAT WAS TRAVELING IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. UPON COMPLETING PASS, UNIT ONE LOST CONTROL ON ICY ROAD AND ENTERED THE EAST DITCH. UNIT ONE STRUCK MULTIPLE SMALL DIAMETER TREES BEFORE COMING TO REST IN DEEP RAVINE.
