VEHICLE #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON I-80 WHEN HE FAILED TO YIELD TO SLOWING/STOPPED TRAFFIC. VEHICLE #1 HIT THE BACK RIGHT OF VEHICLE #2 AND SUSTAINED SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE AFTER BOUNCING OFF OF VEHICLE #2 AND REAR-ENDING UNIT #3. DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 CITED FOR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL
