NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 NEAR THE MIDDLE RIVER BRIDGE IN WARREN COUNTY WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL. UNIT 1 FIRST STRUCK THE INSIDE LANE GUARDRAIL, CROSSED THE NORTHBOUND LANES, AND STRUCK THE BRIDGE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 SAID HE FELL ASLEEP.
