VEHICLE 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 AT THE 87 MILE MARKER. VEHICLE 1 LOST CONTROL GOING OFF THE ROAD TO THE LEFT STRIKIING THE JERSEY WALL. THE VEHICLE BOUNCED OF THE JERSEY WALL PUSHING HIM ACROSS ALL LANES OF TRAFFIC AND INTO THE WEST DITCH,
