NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 2 WAS WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 AT THE 135 MILE MARKER IN THE MIDDLE LANE. VEHICLE 2 THEN LOST CONTROL JACK KNIFING. VEHICLE 2 THEN HIT VEHICLE 1 WHICH WAS ALSO HEADED WESTBOUND AT THE 135 MILE MARKER.
