NARRATIVE

THIS VEHICLE WAS NORTHBOUND IN THE LEFT LANE ON I-35 PASSING A SNOWPLOW. WHEN RETURNING TO THE RIGHT LANE, THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND ENTERED THE EAST DITCH WHERE THE VEHICLE ROLLED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS. THE DRIVER SAID HE WAS DRIVING TO FAST AND DIDN'T REALIZE HOW SLIPPERY THE ROAD SURFACE WAS. ROAD WAS 100% ICE COVERED.
