NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 WERE TRAVELING EASTBOUND I-80 @ EXIT 110 BRIDGE. UNIT 1 DROVE THROUGH SNOW AND SLUSH THAT HAD ACCUMULATED ON THE BRIDGE. UNIT 1 LOST CONTROL AND STRUCK UNIT 2 IN THE FUEL TANK. UNIT 1 CAME TO REST BETWEEN THE INTERSTATE AND THE EASTBOUND ON RAMP. UNIT 2 CONTINUED ON TO THE VAN METER INTERCHANGE.
