NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS NORTH BOUND ON I-35 AND ATTEMPTED TO EXIT AT THE 142A OFF RAMP. VEHICLE #1 LOST CONTROL STRIKING THE DOT EXIT SIGN AND SLID IN THE DITCH. THE SIGN POLE WAS DAMAGED AND DOT WAS NOTIFIED. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 REQUESTED A AAA SERVICE TO TOW HER VEHICLE. TOLLES TOWING WAS CALLED. THE DRIVER WAS CITED FOR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL.
