VEHICLE 1 WAS WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 IN THE EAST MIX IN THE MIDDLE LANE. VEHICLE 2 WAS ALSO WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 TRAVELING IN THE INSIDE LANE. VEHICLE 1 THEN MADE A LANE CHANGE HITTING VEHICLE 2.
