VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON INTERSTATE 80 WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND ENTERED THE NORTH DITCH. UPON ENTERING THE DITCH, THE VEHICLE ROLLED OVER AND CAME TO REST ON IT'S TOP.
