NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS SOUTH BOUND ON I-29, DRIVER LOST CONTROL ON ICE. VEHICLE WENT INTO RIGHT DITCH STRIKING FENCE, VEHICLE THEN ROLLED ON TO ITS TOP. DRIVER TRANSPORTED BY CRESCENT RESCUE TO MERCY HOSPITAL IN COUNCIL BLUFFS.
