UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON HIGHWAY 20 WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL, ENTERED THE MEDIAN, AND ROLLED OVER ONTO THE TOP. MANCHESTER FD, REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, AND DELAWARE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT ASSISTED.
