VEHICLES #1 AND #2 WERE BOTH EAST BOUND ON HWY 20. VEHICLE #1 RAN INTO THE REAR OF #2. #1 WENT INTO THE SOUTH DITCH, AND #2 PULLED OFF ONTO SULLIVAN ROAD.
