NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-35 WHEN IT CHANGED LANES AND COLLIDED WITH VEHICLE #2 IN THE LEFT LANE. VEHICLE #1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO TAKE THE CROSSOVER TO TURN AROUND AND GO SOUTH.
