UNIT 1 WAS MOVING SNOW ON CEDAR STREET SOUTHBOUND. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON CEDAR AND CAME TO A STOP DIRCTLY BEHIIND UNIT 1. UNIT 1 BACKED INTO THE FRONT UNIT 2.
