NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS COMING ONTO I-35 NB FROM HWY 30 EB, THEN WAS GOING TO EXIT RIGHT AWAY TO HWY 30 WB. VEHICLE #1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE WHILE COMING ONTO I-35 AND CRASHED INTO A SEMI-TRACTOR (VEHICLE #2).
