VEHICLE WAS NORTHBOUND ON 61 AT THE 163.85 MILE MARKER WHEN IT LOST CONTROL DUE TO SLUSH COVERED ROADS CAUSING IT TO ENTER THE EAST DITCH AND ROLL SEVERAL TIMES AND COME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS.
