NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 151 IN THE RIGHT LANE. VEHICLES #2 AND #3 WERE STOPPED IN THE LEFT NORTHBOUND LANE DUE TO A VEHICLE BLOCKING THE ROAD. VEHICLE #1 ATTEMPTED TO SLOW DOWN. THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND COLLIDED WITH THE PASSENGER SIDE OF VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #1 THEN COLLIDED WITH THE REAR OF VEHICLE #3. ALL THREE VEHICLES CAME TO REST ON THE TRAVELLED PORTION.
