NARRATIVE

VEHICLE ONE WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 13. AS IT ROUNDED A CURVE VEHICLE ONE LOST TRACTION CAUSING IT TO CROSS THE CENTER LINE AND COLLIDE WITH VEHICLE 2 WHICH WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND.
