UNIT ONE WHILE TRAVERSING MERGE RAMP FROM WB 80 TO WB 235 BEGAN TO FISHTAIL. AFTER UNSUCCESSFUL EVASIVE ACTION UNIT ONE LOST CONTROL INTO EAST DITCH. ROADWAY WAS WET AND RAINY CONDITIONS PRESENT.
