V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON IA HWY 175. V2 WAS EASTBOUND ON IA HWY 175. V1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE INTO THE EASTBOUND LANE OF TRAVEL WHILE NEGOTIAING A CURVE IN THE ROAD. V2 STEERED TO THE SHOULD TO ATTEMPT COLLISION AVOIDANCE. V1 AND V2 COLLIDED. SEE SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT ISP 486-04
