UNIT ONE WHILE TRAVERSING ON RAMP CURVE TO MERGE ONTO I235 LOST CONTROL AND STRUCK CONCRETE BARRIER. VEHICLE STEERING ACCORDING TO DRIVER WAS UNRESPONSIVE BEFORE VEHICLE LOST CONTROL.
