NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE LEFT HAND LANE BEHIND VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #2 STARTED TO SLOW DOWN FOR MERGING TRAFFIC FROM HIGHWAY 20. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 DID NOT SEE VEHICLE #2 SLOWING AND RAN INTO THE REAR OF VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #2 WAS A CHARTER BUS WITH 22 PASSENGERS. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #2 ADVISED THAT NONE OF THE PASSENGERS WERE INJURED AND THAT EVERYONE WAS SEATED AT THE TIME OF THE COLLISION.
