VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 WHEN, DUE TO OTHER ACCIDENTS, THE DRIVER HAD TO SLOW RAPIDLY. VEHICLE #2 COULD NOT STOP IN TIME AND REAR-ENDED VEHICLE #1.
