NARRATIVE

VEHICLE TWO WAS LEGALLY PARKED IN THE FAIRGROUND PARKING LOT WHEN VEHICLE ONE ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN AND GO AROUND IT. VEHICLE ONE STRUCK THE LEFT FRONT SIDE OF VEHICLE TWO CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE.
