NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE (TRACTOR/HAY BALER) WAS NORTHBOUND ON HWY 12. UNIT TWO WAS ALSO NORTHBOUND APPROACHING UNIT ONE FROM THE REAR. UNIT TWO FAILED TO SEE THE TRACTOR ON THE ROAD AND SKIDDED INTO THE LEFT REAR AXLE OF THE BALER, KNOCKING THE WHEEL OFF.
