NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS EASTBOUND ON I-80 AND ATTEMPTED TO TAKE THE I-235 WESTBOUND RAMP. UNIT ONE WAS DRIVING TOO FAST FOR WET ROAD CONDITIONS AND THEN LOST CONTROL. UNIT ONE ROLLED OVER ONCE AND ENTERED THE EAST DITCH AND CAME TO REST ON THE PASSENGER SIDE.
