VEHICLE # 1WAS WEST BOUND ON HWY 34. VEHICLE # 2 WAS NORTH BOUND ON 4TH ST. VEHICLE # 2 STOPPED FOR THE STOP SIGN THEN PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF VEHICLE # 1. VEHICLE # 1STRUCK VEHICLE # 2 BROADSIDE. VEHICLES # 1 & 2 THEN ENTERED THE DITCH, NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION.THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE # 1 WAS CITED BY D.O.T. ENFORCEMENT FOR VIOLATION OF RESTRICTED LICENSE.
