NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 AND #2 TRAVELING NORTH ON INTERSTATE #29 WERE ENERING CONSTRUCTION ZONE. #2 IN LEFT LANE SWERVED TO THE RIGHT LANE AND SLOWED. #1 ALSO UNDER HEAVEY BRAKING, CAME IN CONTACT WITH BOAT TRAILER PULLED BY VEHICLE #2 ON THE RIGHT FRONT CORNER OF VEHICLE VEHICEL #2 FAILED TO STOP AND LEFT THE STATE INTO NEBRASKA.
