NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS WB ON HERBERT HOOVER HWY. UNIT 1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE, SLID IN TO THE NORTH DITCH AND ROLLED SEVERAL TIMES. INVESTIGATORS HAVE NOT YET DETERMINED UNIT 1'S DRIVER. UPON COMPLETION OF THE INVESTIGATION INCLUDING THE MEDICAL EXAMINER'S FINAL REPORT, INVESTIGATORS WERE UNABLE TO CONCLUSIVELY IDENTIFY THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1.
