NARRATIVE

ALL THREE UNITS WERE EASTBOUND ON I-80 AT THE 135.5 MM OF I-80. UNIT THREE WAS IN THE RIGHT LANE, UNIT TWO WAS IN THE MIDDLE LANE, UNIT ONE WAS IN THE LEFT LANE. UNIT THREE FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON FAIL TO STAYED IN ITS LANE AND DRIFTED INTO THE MIDDLE LANE AND STRUCK THE RIGHT FRONT QUARTER PANEL OF UNIT TWO. THIS CAUSED UNIT TWO TO LOSE CONTROL AND GO LEFT AND CROSS INTO THE LEFT LANE. UNIT TWO THEN COLLIDED WITH UNIT ONE. UNIT THREE LEFT THE SCENE. UNIT TWO FOLLOWED UNIT THREE AND WAS ABLE TO GETS ITS LICENSE PLATE.
