NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS WESTBOUND ON THE I-80 EXIT 70 OFF RAMP. VEHICLE 1 LOST CONTROL FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON. VEHICLE 1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT. VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED. THE RIDER WAS THROWN OFF OF VEHICLE 1. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST ON TOP OF THE RIDER CAUSING FATAL INJURIES.
