NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS MERGING IN TO THE RIGHT NB LANE ON I-380 FROM EXIT 10 ON RAMP. UNIT 1 'S DRIVER STATED A SIDE WIND PUSHED HIM IN TO THE LEFT LANE AND IN TO THE MEDIAN. UNIT 1 SLID IN A NW DIRECTION IN THE MEDIAN AND ROLLED ON TO ITS RIGHT SIDE.
