NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS NORTH BOUND ON HIGHWAY 151 ATTEMPTING TO TURN SOUTH EAST ON WILLIAMS BLVD. UNIT 1 ENTERED THE INTERSECTION TOO FAST AND RAN OFF THE ROAD RUNNING OVER A STOP SIGN. UNIT 1 CAME TO REST AFTER STRIKING A LIGHT POLE GUIDE WIRE.
